§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data

(1) In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. B. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

(2) The person responsible in accordance with Article 4 (7) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is JHFotoArt,

(3) When you contact me by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, possibly your name and telephone number) will be stored by me in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or restrict the processing if there are statutory storage obligations.

(4) If I use commissioned service providers for individual functions of my offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, I will inform you in detail below about the respective processes. I also name the specified criteria for the storage period.

§ 2 Your rights

(1) You have the following rights towards me with regard to your personal data:

§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting my website

(1) If you only use the website for informational purposes, i.e. if you do not provide me with any other information, I only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to my server. If you want to look at my website, I collect the following data, which is technically necessary for me to show you my website and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DS-GVO) :

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive, assigned to the browser you are using, and through which certain information flows to the place that sets the cookie (here from me). Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offer more user-friendly and effective overall.

a) This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:

– Persistent cookies (see c).
b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include in particular the session cookies. (4) This website uses the widespread SSL method (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. You can usually tell whether an individual page of our website is being transmitted in encrypted form by the closed lock symbol in the address line of your browser.

§ 5 Objection or revocation against the processing of your data

(1) If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke this at any time. Such a revocation affects the admissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have given it to us.

(2) If we base the processing of your personal data on the balancing of interests, you can object to the processing. § 7 Use of Web Analytics

1. Use of Google Analytics
(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. (4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". As a result, IP addresses are further processed in abbreviated form, which means that they cannot be linked to individuals. If the data collected about you has a personal reference, this will be excluded immediately and the personal data will be deleted immediately.

(5) I use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of my website. The statistics obtained allow me to improve my offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. § 8 Social Media Plug-Ins

1. Integration of Google Maps
(1) I use Google Maps on this website. This enables me to show you interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function.

(2) By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under § 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. This takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile on Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its website.
